Executive chef Shawn Heywood and his team create a diverse and ever-changing selection of gourmet meals for residents of The Peninsula. The delicious and nutritious meals feature seasonal and local products as much as possible.
Dining service is available for one to three meals per day and can be customized to satisfy a wide range of dietary concerns. For every meal a wide variety of dishes are offered to ensure every palate is satisfied.
All meals are served in the two comfortable and well-appointed dining rooms. If you are feeling unwell, meals can be delivered directly to your door. The main dining room also features a very special private dining area that can be reserved for parties and private celebrations of up to 12 people.
